[VJ] Combine Jump Trooper (NPC)

May I introduce you all to the Combine Jump Trooper. I would call him a "Jet Trooper", but by the definition I would use for that I have some other things in store. This is Combine soldier with jump kit that allows it to jump to many exciting places on a map to get the elevated advantage over or flank the enemy.
This is another experiment of mine. I wanted to override the jumping mechanics within VJ base to make an NPC that can effectively use a Jump pack, or Jet pack. All overrides exist solely in this npc and do not effect other VJ Base npcs.
Features of this npc include:
- The ability to jump to any valid nav mesh location on a map
- Three weapons: AR-2 with ball launcher, Pulse Carbine, and Light Pulse Shotgun
- Custom made jumppack / jetpack added to its model
- Smoke trails and sound effects
