Proper Boyar Reskin

I wanted to give Kislev Boyars the appearance of hetmans (generals) from the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
A total of 8 variants came out of it. Each with a set of portraits.
In addition I wanted to make them less pumped up. So that they look more like a real person and not a gorilla man.

Atamans added. In Kilsev, they are the lowest class of nobility, so I wanted them to be a little less shiny than Boyars.
