Description:

Brings the voice of a man who loves to scream with a high pitched voice to a camera to XCOM 2. 340 voice samples covering most of in-game actions.

Suggestions for line/event combinations are welcome.

I am not associated with Doug Walker in any way: Doug’s voice is (C) himself. Should he find this offensive I will replace the sounds with silence so I can safely remove it without breaking anyone’s saves.
