For non-Viera races using the Viera BYOS template, the npc “Capt. Seonha” will not have available quests. Her spawner is the wall-crystal in the cockpit and can be removed with the matter manipulator. These quests are meant to lead into the Chocobo acquisition quest, which has no pre-requisites and can be completed by any race upon finding the Chocobo Knight in a Viera village
