Description:

This mod adds the M60 7.62x51mm general-purpose machinegun for both soldiers and grenadiers.

If you have issues with this mod or spotted a bug, please report it in the Bug Reporting Thread. If you want to provide feedback, whether its good or bad, then post in the General Feedback Thread.
If you are thinking of downvoting this mod, please provide feedback first, so I know what I should improve on/did wrong.

FEATURES

-You can apply camo and custom colors to the M60.
-You can configure the mod to your liking.
-Custom Weapon Sounds for the M60.
-Both grenadiers and soldiers can equip the M60.
-You can upgrade the weapon to magnetic and beam tiers, and keep the attachments for your weapons too.

Includes custom attachments for the following attachments:
Critical Chance Upgrade

The custom models for these attachments are for the weapon only; it shouldn’t apply to any other weapon or weapon mod.

There is no model for the Extended Mags upgrade, even though the attachment is available. I’ve left the icon there.

KNOWN ISSUES

I’ve disabled stock, trigger, and the aim bonus attachments visually. You can still apply attachments and get the bonus; they just won’t show up anymore.
Ammo belt doesn’t have any animation while firing.
This mod uses a custom class ini. You need to add the class mod in question to the XComClassData.ini so that the class in question can wield the M60.

TODO

Fix some bugs, if any.
Port more weapons.
Add animations to the ammo belt.

-No more custom XComClassData.ini. The default category is now the cannon. I will ignore any and all requests for this feature to return because it’s not worth the hassle.

-Corrected the Diffuse and Mask textures.
-Re-adjusted the Materials.
-Finally fixed the vertex normals for all meshes. It shouldn’t have weird black splotches anymore.
-Removed the flashlight Particle System from the weapon.

-Added AbilityDescName in the localization file.
