S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Factions (New Nationalities)

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Factions turned into functional in-game nationalities for all your purposes!
Functional for vanilla and WOTC (I believe). The flags have a patch-like texture, however, it seems they are a little bit brighter. If need be I can tune it down.
