He’s got like 50+ attacks cause he has 3 versions of all the normal attacks, which he picks from randomly every time he attacks.
Also by the way, DO NOT use his down special in the playtesting room on the character select screen. The bungee attack sometimes crashes the game for some reason and I’m too lazy to fix it.
