Description

In Alien Hunters, there’s three different states rulers can be in:

Active, they’re in play and will appear on missions.

Dead, they’re deader than disco.

And Escaped, they will not show up as long as there’s still active rulers in play. This requires them surviving multiple missions against XCOM (3 on most difficulties, 5 on Legend), this is NOT them escaping from a mission just one time.

In vanilla rules, escaped rulers come back to play once all active rulers have escaped or have been killed and that’s it.

With this mod though? Escaped rulers still come back to play once all active rules have escaped or died…with all their health back.

Combine this with Grimy’s no execute rulers mod to ensure maximum suffering.

You can tune it so they don’t gain *all* their health back by either editing XComEscapeeRegen.ini in DocumentsMy GamesXCOM2XComGameConfig, or using MCM to edit the value in-game.

Overrides XComGameState_AlienRulerManager in order to work, will not work with any mods that also override that class.
