Dev House Blueprint
A small litte Office Tower with Basement for Servers and Heating. Ground Level got Reception and 7 Offices, each with his own Coffee Room(2×1). First Level got 3 Large Meeting Rooms and the Kitchen for two Cooks. Second Level got 24 Computer Workspaces and again, each got his own Coffee Room. Easy to expand, just Copy the Level you want and place it on top of each other. The Elevators will help with the Placement. You will know what i mean when you try it.
