Description:

This adds a Pacman styled gremlin to the game, for those who want a humorous alternative.

Stats are identical to the base values of the existing gremlin.

Upgrade costs can be tweaked in XComPacmanGremlin.ini and are
currently set to 40 and 55 resources respectively for tier 2 and tier 3.

If you enjoy this mod, a thumbs up would be very much appreciated.

Update 3/4/2017:
Added a new "Pacman Heal" power to this gremlin. Makes it a bit more powerful than the standard
gremlin for your healing specialist.
