M249 Light Machine Gun
This mod adds an M249 LMG to the game. It’s properties can be customized in the steamapps/workshop/content/268500/624575112/Config/XComCV_M249.ini file – by default, it’s exactly the same as the base cannon.
This is a new weapon which doesn’t replace any other weapon. The M249 is fully customizable, just like the original rifle. It also features custom attachments, such as new magazines and suppresors/repeaters, and edited base game scopes and laser sights.
In the future I’d like to add proper UI icons, right now it uses the same icons as the default rifle.
