Current texture is a temporary placeholder, I will try to make a better one, but for now this’ll have to do.

Summary:

The mod attempts to bring back the Enemy Unknown Sectoid Commander, to the world of XCOM 2. The Sectoid Commander no longer relies on the dice roll that is Mind Spin. The Commander is the second most powerful psionic enemy in XCOM 2, or third if you want to count the Elders. The Commander’s most powerful ability is a new and improved Greater Mind Merge. The Commander found a way to give the Mechtoid benefits to its fellow lesser Sectoids. That means giving them a shield, critical chance, and damage reduction. The Commander also comes with Mindfray, Psi Panic, Mind Control, and Psi Reanimation. You can still wreck them with swords though, as they have 0 armor or any sort of enduring skin.

Abilities:

Greater Mind Merge: +5 Shield, +25 Crit Chance, 30% Damage Reduction to all Sectoids in a 10 tile range.
Mindfray: Does 5 psi damage and -25 Aim and Will, -3 Mobility for 3 turns.
Psi Panic: Panic for 2 turns
Mind Control: Control the target for 3 turns.
Psi Reanimate: Default.
