Adds psionic combat sims and inventory items back into the game.
Psionic Combat Sims have the same drop rate as PCS Perception (which are substantially rarer than other PCS upgrades)
Amp Boosters:
+10 Psi Strength
cost 60 Supplies + 1 Sectoid Corpse
Requires Sectoid Autopsy
Neuro Whip:
+20 Psi Strength
cost 200 Supplies + 1 Gatekeeper Corpse
Requires Gatekeeper Autopsy
*Supply Costs + Psi Strength Bonuses for Amp Booster and Neurowhip are editable in the ini.
PCS drop rates are editable in the ini.
Combat Sim strength was hard-coded by Firaxis, and is roughly half the magnitude of Perception PCS’s.
