MGSV Big Boss/COD Sgt. Roebuck Voicepack (WOTC version)
"Outstanding, Marines! Out-f******-standing! We kicked ass!"
Big Boss (wonderfully voiced by Kiefer Sutherland, aka Jack Bauer and David Powers), the legendary American special forces operative formerly known as Naked Snake who established both the mercenary companies known as Militaires Sans Frontières and Outer Heaven, then later the US Army’s High-Tech Special Forces Unit FOXHOUND. He is also the genetic template (or "father") of three clones known as Les Infants Terribles–Solid Snake, Liquid Snake, and Solidus Snake–as featured in the Metal Gear Solid series (in this case, MGSV).
This also has quite a bit of lines from Call of Duty: World at War’s Sergeant Roebuck (also voiced by Kiefer), the inspiring US Marine squad leader, as well as multiplayer announcer for the Marine Raiders faction, featured prominently in its campaign’s Pacific Theater missions.
