Adds the Sorete to The Binding of Isaac Repentance.
The Sorete is an evil piece of sh1t that spreads and devours. Eventually, soretizing everything and mutating into new life forms.

This mod aims to replace every instance of poop in tboi with the iconic joacopetero_sorete.jpg
Also replaces some SFXs
