• Added the ability to view the National Ideas of the country you are forming, helping you decide whether to switch or not.

• Human Military: Land and Naval Morale bonus reduced from 10% → 7.5%.

• Added a new modifier that sets Manpower to 0 in provinces where the local race is not drafted but increases Tax and Production Efficiency by 5%.

• Various localization improvements and minor fixes across different areas.
