Skidvar’s Starting Ranks

"Skidvar’s RANK – Starting Ranks" gives ranks to starting characters in the first turn (cf. Rome Total War) with a small measure of randomisation every new game, both for player and AI factions. (Faction leaders will always start at rank 4-5, other generals at 1-3, agents at rank 2, and new characters still at rank 1; players can still assign skills while the AI factions assign them automatically)
