Fresh Mint is a new quality 2 item that uses the Ice effect (Which is very uncommon in vanilla Isaac)

• 16% Chance to shoot Ice Tears
• 100% Chance at 12 Luck
• Shooting a frozen enemy explodes it (Instead of needing to push it)
• Can be found on the Secret Room

Compatible with Repentance and Repentance+
