Factionwide Military Upgrades [oudated]
This mods makes the bonuses for military upgrade buildings like blacksmith, armoury, carpenter etc. factionwide.
Because surely if you can ship trading goods trough the whole map it should be possible to distribute weaponry in your own provinces?
