Tokugawa Dynasty Takeover
Adds an event to allow Tokugawa Ieyasu to exist and create the Tokugawa clan. For some reason the game doesn’t have a single event or way for the Matsudaira who starts off in control of the Tokugawa daimyo to actually transition to the Tokugawa family.
Event triggers when Tokugawa or Japan (if you’re really quick on that unify button) has the Matsudaira dynasty and owns/controls Kyoto.
