HMS Belfast
Everyone’s favourite British Light Cruiser/Museum Ship/Shipgirlmaid has now entered sea power, in her 1959 refit, this includes weapons, sensors, kept in service as an anti-Sverdlov cruiser
Built in 1936 she was finally decomissioned in 1963 and converted to a museum ship, she currently resides in London on the River Thames.
Her battle honours include various arctic convoys, North Cape, which includes the much larger Scharnhorst, Normandy and Korea.
