MILD FLASHING LIGHTS WARNING – CHECK CONFIG TO DISABLE
After some time in the Spire, Sol has had a few adjustments. The big changes are as follows:
– Tension now increases by 2 whenever you play an attack, but decreases by 1 whenever you play a non-attack
– Burning now halves each turn, but (most) Burning cards have been given explosive increases to the numbers to compensate
– New cards replacing older ones that didn’t fit into the new Tension and Burning dynamics, including Wild Assault, Deflect Shield, and Kudakero
Sol Badguy, the Flame of Corruption, the Guilty Gear himself, has made his way into the Spire. Make the most of his explosive fighting style with his key mechanics:
– Build up Tension by playing attacks, then spend it on powerful cards with Tension costs
– Upgrade cards mid-combat, then use them alongside his unique Plus status to scale Strength
– Apply Burning, an explosive burst of damage that dwindles over time
– Make use of crafty deck manipulation with discard, Scry, and Exhaust
