The other team in the name-deciding competition had wanted the group to be called The Abominable Workshop. Their plan for the competition was to make this, a small and nimble airplane equipped with some small weaponry, incase the mining crew were to be hostile.
Due to it’s size, the Seagull was also very cheap to produce and the team was able to send a larger fleet of them. In the end, this team easily won the competition, since the other team got stuck in the meadow.
