Description:

CIA has thrown the Pentagon an old problem for you to clean up for them. A rogue faction has accquired the means to produce WMDs and now their very existance threatens the status quo. This mission set has something for everybody. Part 1 is a fleet to fleet showdown with a twist. Your fleet has a huge opfor fleet bearing down on it and 1 stray missile can spark a war with China. Keep your fleet intact, destroy the opfor, and keep an international incident from occuring while you make your way to part 2. You’ll then find your fleet near the Solomon Islands for a ship to shore engagement at Rendova. Opfor will throw all they have left at you while you move into position to bombard the target rich lagoon with a pair of Iowa class BBs. Each piece has been lovingly placed for y’all to blow all the way to hell. Enjoy.

I was challenged to bring the Clancey and MGS universes together in a completely different medium than what already exists. This is my interpretation of what could happen if these 2 worlds collided in a naval RTS setting. I was also looking for an excuse to set up a bombardment mission at Rendova’s lagoon. So, there’s that. If you feel obligated to facepalm, you may commence facepalming. I did too, it’s only natural.

Both parts can be a little resource heavy, part 2 more so. There’s so many targets that my computer isn’t quite beefy enough to run it without FPS loss in places. That’s not saying much, I’m trying to put this together with 2 potatoes, some duct tape and a can of silly string. So, if y’all want a lighter version, just let me know.

Not all these mods are necessary to run the mission. Item mods are, loadouts aren’t.
I do highly recommend my loadout mod. The mission is kinda built around the capabilities that mod grants.
