Shorter Tooltips (English)
Rewrites many tooltips to be more concise and to the point.
NOT achievement-compatible.
This will be an ongoing project. I’ve simplified some explanations, fixed some typos and removed a bunch of flavor text.
Now, I get why so much of the text is there, but Ideally, it should only appear if you hover over the UI for a few seconds or press F1. But since we don’t have that, I’d rather just remove it completely.
(and yes, a localization mod is not-ironman, that’s just how it is)
