Play like the OGs! Catharsis thought now only provides +5 mood instead of +40 mood.

It was on a Reddit thread that I was reminded about this: in the distant past, we didn’t even have "Catharsis" in RimWorld. Unfortunate colonists would experience mental breaks over and over again with no salvation.
Some OGs described this as the "death spiral".
Obviously, this mod is not for everyone, but if you somehow want the extra challenge from the good old days, feel free to give this a go.
Note: Void Catharsis from the Anomaly DLC remains unchanged for DLC-lore reasons.
