Adds the Yongzheng Emperor of the Qing Dynasty as an alternate leader for China.
Ability: Tanding Rumu Builders restore all Movement after purchase and after spending a Build Charge. Each Government Plaza building grants +1 Gold to improvements and +1 Movement to Builders. Gain the Grand Council unique building. Unique Building: Grand Council A building unique to China when the Yongzheng Emperor is their leader. Grants the bonuses of other generic Tier-2 Government Plaza buildings. Awards +3 Governor titles. Agenda: Record of Righteousness and Enlightenment Likes civilizations with high Production output. Dislikes civilizations with high Culture output and low Production output.
When Phantagonist’s Chinese Dynasty Uniques is active, Yongzheng Emperor has access to uniques of the Qing Dynasty.
This mod requires Gathering Storm & Rise and Fall.
Supports English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
