Less Sticky Oil (DE)
The Slowed effect from Oil surfaces disappears as soon as a unit leaves the surface. Meant to make it harder to use oil to keep melee opponents at bay, but obviously benefits players as well. Makes lighting up an oil surface full of enemies come with the trade-off of un-slowing all of them.
