This is the fifth version of my "USA Collapse" scenario, now including Mexico and Canada.
Lore:
In 2028, the president attempts to run for a third term despite its unconstitutionality. When it appears that the courts are going along with this, massive protests break out across the USA. In order to justify this unprecidented act, the president issues ultimatums to Canada and Mexico to surrender massive amounts of territory in order to start a war. Mexico accepts, as they have no way to resist, but Canada says no. They are immediately invaded and annexed. When the president is sworn in for a third term, several states secede from the union in anger. Soon the entire country, including their new territory in Canada and Mexico, has fallen into chaos.
