Hello, everyone !!!

This submod adds :

– A bloodline for Tavibo Tagötöka, former High chief of the Northern Basin in Nevada;

– Three artifacts, one for each of his children;

– A new Kingdom-tier title, the Celestial Chiefdom of the Great Northern Basin, with Tavibo as the first owner and a decision to recreate his realm, available if you’re paiute and you have the Northern Basin duchy.
