Add some Cargo Unit equipment to the Flats Lagoon store.

Cleanser Attachment Increases attack power, lowers movement speed and attack speed. (There is no inventory)

Cleanser Attachment Mk2 Increases attack power considerably and lowers the moving speed and attack speed considerably. (There is no inventory)

Cargo Attachment Mk2 Increase movement speed and attack speed. (Inventory and stack will be slightly reduced.)
