Overview:
Adds an 4 combine soldiers to the spawnmenu, and a OICW NPC weapon.

Combines Features:
– Has 80 health, it can be changed with the "f_(coterminus,wasteland,prisonguard,camo)_soldier_health" cvar
– If spawned from the spawn menu, it uses OICW or smg1 or shotgun
– Resistance againts headshots
– Beta Animations

OICW Features:
– Model and Textures from Coterminus
– Uses Coterminus OICW sounds
