Relinquish Independence (No Restrictions on De Jure or War)
Adds a new Character Interaction that allows you to Grant Independence to a vassal REGARDLESS if they are De Jure or if you are at War or not. However I did add a stipulation that you cannot be at war WITH them currently. But say you’re stuck in some unrelated war, then yes you can.
It costs prestige based on your highest tier title, and will incur legitimacy loss. I opted to make a new interaction option rather than edit Grant Independence so that this mod will remain compatible with others, and to add special costs.
The AI will never use this either, btw.
