What does this mod do?
Simple! Makes Liu Bei’s background bonuses work on Mounted Lancer Militia and Mounted Sabre Militia too!
For those who wants to do a Liu Bei Militia Unit Swarm.
If you are going to do a Militia only playthrough i recommend my Reform Overhaul as some "long to get" reforms has Unit bonuses!
