Updated for current patch support.

– Allows all breakthroughs to be researced

Here goes:
These two commander profiles start out with all breakthrough tech revealed, but not researched.
I’ve set the costs to match as closely as I could make it to the normal tech-trees, so it starts out at 1000 RP, and all the most expensive ones are at 40.000 RP each instead of the vanilla 80.000 RP.

I’ve set the amount of anomalies to max in order to help out alittle with the insane amount of RP you’ll need to progress the breakthrough tree now.

You’ll start out with an additional 500 RP per Sol
You get one extra rocket at the start
And finally, you get an extra 50 starting applicants
