The cars are stretched out and look like triangles.

Model detail must be set to High! This is very important!

The cars are pink and black as if textures are missing

You need to make sure that you have all requirements. Always restart your game when installing new addons

Make sure the addons are actually enabled. This can be done from Main Menu > Addons. Once enabled, restart the game. If it still won’t work, disable everything but the Base Pack and this pack, restart and try again.

How do I change the color?

You use the color tool. More details here

How do I customize the vehicle?

You hold C (unless you changed it), right click the vehicle and use the drop-down menu to make changes. More details here
