About 0437`s mods

This is the first forts mod I’ve made.It contains a large number of devices, weapons and materials, and makes some changes to the commanders’ skills.
This mod mainly adds upgraded versions of various items. The upgrades not only increase the strength of these items, but also make them more versatile.

The following instructions can help you better understand the mod:

Series

The Series of devices, weapons, and materials indicate its unique features. The Series of upgraded devices or weapons are marked in its upgrade icon.
If you want to have a more in-depth understanding of the functions of the various items in this mod, you need to know about the various Series and their features.
Detailed descriptions of each Series will be released in the Discussions.

Materials

This mod adds some materials with special functions, as well as materials corresponding to various technologies.
If you want to effectively defend against the attacks of the weapons added to this mod, it is recommended to use advanced materials as defense.

Resources

Both the mine and turbine have more upgrades in this mod. Choosing the appropriate upgrades can make resource acquisition even faster.
There are also more upgrades to the metal store and battery.

New Weapons

50+ new weapons!
Different Series of weapons have different functions, different offensive techniques and defensive methods.
If you don’t know what kind of weapon you should choose, please remember: the more expensive the weapon is, the more powerful it tends to be.

Flaming bullets and Emp Bullets

When a bullet passes through a Mini-EMP Beam, it turns into a version with an emp effect that disables enemy devices, weapons, and shields.
Similarly, most of the bullets in this mod will turn into a flaming version when passing through the Firebeam, just as the original bullets did.

Commanders

Almost every commander’s skills have been properly adjusted to make them more compatible with this mod.
This mod does not change much about the commanders, just choose the one you like.

Limitations and Changes

Most of the devices in this mod have a build limit of no less than 8.

Small Suggestions

1、Upgrade your production devices as soon as possible to get more resources.
2、Use more advanced materials to strengthen your fort.
3、If it comes to the middle and late of the battle, it is recommended to add materials with reflection effect in front of the fort.
4、Upgrade your weapons and devices when you have enough resources.
5、Use advanced AA weapons to defend against missiles and others.

About Mini-EMP Beam and Emp bullets

In the game, most bullets become a flaming version after passing Firebeam, with the ability to ignite enemy forts but also burn out themselves.
Similarly, the Firebeam upgrade weapons added to this mod have this effect.
In addition, the Mini-EMP Beam, a new weapon added to this mod, shoots an emp beam that transforms passing bullets into an emp version.
The emp version of the bullet has the emp effect but does slightly less damage. emp version of the missile also has the emp effect but is itself affected by the emp beam and cannot be aimed at the target.
Currently, the emp effect and the flaming effect cannot be stacked. The specific emp bullet effect is implemented in the projectile_list.lua in the mod folder.
