Before you start a game with the mod, you need to empty out your army_setups folder (delete or move the army comps), otherwise the game WILL crash. You also can’t have any army comps from the mod in the army_setups folder when you play vanilla. The folders path is: (C:User(Your Username)AppDataRoamingThe Creative AssemblyRome2army_setups). Or just type in %appdata% in the explorer. This issue isn’t really fixable as far as we know.

RoL International is an expansion mod exclusively for Rome 2 multiplayer. It has existed for more than 10 years and worked on by many different people, but so far not been available in English. We changed that changed that by finally translating the mod into English, so people who don’t speak german can finally play it too.

• Multiple options of how many factions you can select from

• Balance changes and additional units for the vanilla factions
• A classification of all factions according to cultural groups
The mod doesn’t work with any other mods that change unit stats or add anything to the game. There are no known compatibility issues with visual mods tho.

This mod will get continuous updates as we plan to balance and add content. For the time being we will release an update every week but that might change depending on how much time we have for modding.
This mod is a translation of the german mod "Redeemers of Lakedaimon Clanmod (Neue Version) RoL". It will also be the official version from now on and the only one to get updated. The german version will be left up on steam but is discontinued from now on.
