[AO] Stats Overhaul

This mod introduces caps to almost all of Isaac’s stats, which each function similary to Fire Rate – they are initially hard set, but can be broken by collecting certain items or trinkets. Experience each run with a lower power level than vanilla, and slightly increase the underlying challenge of the game!

• The standard cap is set to 10, which can be changed by collecting items that grant a significant Damage multiplier.
• With either Soy Milk or Almond Milk, this cap is decreased to 5. If you also have Libra with either of these items, the cap is removed altogether.
• With 1.5x or 2x multipliers like Cricket’s Head or Eve’s Mascara, this cap is increased to 25.
• With Ipecac, this cap is increased to 40.

• The cap is set to 10, and no vanilla items can increase or decrease it.
• The stat can no longer be reduced below 0.

• The standard cap is set to 1.5.
• With either Wooden Spoon or The Belt, this cap is increased to 2.

• The standard cap is set to 13, which is equivalent to the full length of a normal-sized room.
• With My Reflection, Rubber Cement, Proptosis, Continuum, or Marked, this cap is increased to 50.
• With either Ipecac or Haemolacria, this cap is reduced to 8 to prevent the lobbed shots from going too high on the screen. If you also have My Reflection with either of these items, the cap is set back to standard.

• The standard cap is set to 1.5.
• With Ludo, Tractor Beam, Sausage, or Whip Worm (trinket), this cap is increased to 2.

• The maximum chance to receive a Planetarium is set to 25%, unless the player has not yet entered one.
• No changes have been made to Fire Rate, Flight, or Size.
