originally an unreleased swep made around october 2022 that i lost interest to finishing so i decided to upload it, strange behavior to be expected
in console:
pm9_cam_tilt – 1 to slightly tilt camera when aiming, 0 to not
pm9_popup_random – rng range of whether the "hallucinations" appear or not, 0 to turn them off, 1 to make them show up every kill and a higher number than 1 for less than a 100% chance of them appearing
