Developement Equalizer

This save game compatible mod ensures that base production and base tax will not differe more than 2 units. A HIDDEN event add/removes a base tax and removes/add a base production.

You can activate/deactivate the mod at any time in the luncher : NO save game compatibilty issues.

Even if I understand the idea of dividing base taxes and base production capacity, I found this situation creates cases where some provinces have far more production capacity than taxes and vice versa. Additionaly, as you use administratif power for quite everything, the base tax is often neglected.

Of course, arbitrary saying that productivity and wealness have to go together and completly neglecting base manpower can be discussed. I’m thinking if making the development balance more sophisticated, but this will probably be a separate mod.

The mod is compatible with any mod and DLC.

#Added:
– Base rule for manpower/production : manpower can not be lower than 1/3 of production
– Special cases (nobles estates, grain trade good ect..) brings this rule to 2/3.

This mod HAS NO SENSE if you play without Common Sense or any mod wich improves developpement by event/s.
