Description:

Add some traits that modify things from CE, and some extra ones that I just thought would be cool.

Load after CE.

Complete List of New Traits:
* Heavy Lifter / Weak Lifter : Effect carry weight and hauling capacity.
* Slow Loader / Fast Loader : Effect reload speed.
* Courier : Slight increase to carry weight, hauling capacity, and move speed.
* Fanny pack enthusiast : Increases carry bulk by 10. (rare)
* Efficient Metabolism : Decreases food need by 50%. (rare)
* Sprinter : Increases movespeed by 0.6 but increases food need by 50%.
* Gunslinger : Greatly increases reload speed and decreases aiming time. (very rare/valuable)
