[xdR] Consistent Charger Pound
Consider this a consistency patch for the Charger pound, it is not about making it only faster by 6.25%, but more consistent and more reliable while not straying too far from the game’s default balance.
Makes all the Survivors take damage the same way, Louis alongside Coach don’t take damage slightly slowly anymore, it also fixes the durations of the pounds varying between 1.6-1.67 secs; mainly affects the regular pound animation, as Coach and Louis are two frames off.
Now the Charger will deal damage every 1.5 secs, which is a much more specific output of damage, being 50% slower than the Smoker/Jockey rather than 60-67% slower, i always thought the Charger did damage on that range of time but it was just a little over it.
Uses the same framerate increasing trick of the other pound mod, except instead of 48 FPS it is merely 32 FPS over the usual 30.
Generally Survivors die at around 42 secs while Coach/Louis die at 44 secs, BUT that’s if you disable the bleed out mechanic which might in-fact cause Survivors to die earlier.
With this mod enabled it is reduced to exactly 40 seconds, assuming there is no bleed out.
This mod is compiled over slot 02 of the Charger and the Survivors.
