A small flat in a run-down housing project from the 70’s will be your starting point for the low price of £137,000 – £240,000 (Furniture included).
The other residents who lived in the flats moved out a little while ago due to damp, pest issues and the constant creaking from the ceilings. It’s possible to renovate the building into offices, or to demolish it entirely due to your recent purchase of the building worth over £200,000 from the previous landlord.
