Description:

My own extensive edit of Enhanced Citizens V2 with some stuff from later revisions backported, and fixed flexes and more stiff ragdoll physics for gameplay, more vanilla styled bodygroups, more in the quality of HL2 in terms of consistency.

This was made for PHL2RP but generally are suitable for any HL2-styled roleplay.

Alternate version for Nutscript/Helix.
