Jungle Plantations
- Allows Plantations to be built on Jungle tiles without resources.
- Includes a custom graphics model with jungle flora so that the Plantation model is not visually empty.
This functions as a small buff to Tall play since Plantations provide Housing (and Jungle provides Food).
Additionally, it gives the player an interesting decision to make with Jungle tiles rather than automatically chopping them all.
