[WYD] Better Visitor Trades

Description:

A simple mod that fixes the trade offers of visitors based on their cultural tech level, and has a chance of specific additional offers. Specifically:

Neolithic:
– removed "drug" catergory, coz Anomaly added non flagged drugs, resulting in tribals carrying stuff they should not have access to.
– decreased chance of Tech Print being available. Didn’t seem reasonable for a tribal visitor to have these at same frequency as an outlander.*
– decreased chance of Book being available. Didn’t seem reasonable for a tribal visitor to have these at same frequency as an outlander.
– increased number of ranged weapon being available to 2.
– increased number of melee weapon being available to 2.
– increased number of clothing being available to 3.
– added small chance of cultural tech-specific trades being available.
– added "multi" category, including beer, smokeleaf, psychite tea. This will allow a chance to have one of these. (effectively restoring the drugs back to normal for tribals)

Outlander:
– increased silver amount to double that of Neolithic. Previously both had the same amount, which didn’t seem reasonable.
– lowered chance of, and decreased barrel amount, coz who the Hell carries around a bunch of mortar parts while travelling?
– increased number of ranged weapon being available to 2.
– increased number of clothing being available to 3.
– set knife to always be available. Previously outlanders would rarely have melee weapons. Now they will always have at least a survival knife.
– added small chance of cultural tech-specific trades being available.
– added chance of Book being available. Previously outlanders carried no books, but tribals did – WATF?

Nothing else has been changed. Oddly, both Tribal and Outlander visitors have a multi catergory with "chocolate" and "cloth" in them, but there is no number setting, so these never show up. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Please note that although this mod is set to load after all DLC, it is only set to load before Seeds Please Lite Adjusted which (as the author) I know adds additional items to visitor inventories. Please make sure if you add any mod that ALSO affects visitors to load this mod BEFORE them. Also lemme know, and I’ll flag it.
