The criminal mastermind known only as “The General” has stolen the plans for the U.S. Military’s new stealth attack helicopter, the BD-AZS 2600 “Flying Python” and plans to sell them to EVL Inc. Now it’s time for Crime City’s toughest cop to make a full-frontal assault on The General and EVL Inc. at their downtown headquarters. It’s going to take guns, grenades, guts and MAXIMUM ACTION!
