Rebalanced G03LM Armor
Adds the G03LM armour into Bert’s shop, with some tweaked stats and added affects to make it balanced for Arena Mode play, such as increased resistance, and decreased move speed.
Stat changes include more balanced protection and encumbrance (no more 100 protection armour), armour resizing to fit better, changing the armour to be "armor" and not "outfit" and more!
These changes do not affect the normal G03LM armour, as these are different items entirely (marked by “R_” in madcard maker)
