Luigi’s uniquely low traction makes combos really interesting, especially when a lot of his moves give him momentum. His dashback gives him a huge boost to this momentum making it a great whiff punish tool.

Changes:
* dash_turn_time 8 -> 20
* dash_stop_percent .35 -> 0.8
* ground_friction .2 -> .08
(made luigi more slippery)
+ max_jump_hsp 6 -> 7
(jumps keep more horizontal momentum)
